This is the bizarre moment a father drags his young son along the aisle of a supermarket while the youngster has a tantrum. 

Fellow shoppers in the Iceland store in Corby, Northamptonshire filmed the incident on Saturday before uploading it onto the internet. 

The footage has been shared widely on the Viral Hog website.

According to a caption: ‘This is my best mate and his son shopping. The end result was us laughing our heads off, along with the shop!’ 

However, some of those who have viewed the video online have said it is was inappropraite. 

One person warned: ‘That kid’s going to get sick from the nasty floor.’ 

 Another told The Sun: ‘ Wtf is up with all these parents dragging kids around. Omg whip their hind end make them walk. Are u gona drag them around the rest of their life. Teach them they have to do things even when they dont want or feel like it.

‘You are creating a lazy, disrespectful, self entitled person. I hold the parents completely responsible for this.’ 

One parent said he could ‘sympathise’ with the parent.
