Faye Brookes sent pulses racing with a photo dump from her sun-soaked Thailand getaway on Thursday, where she’s staying at the five-star Aleenta Phuket resort.

The former Coronation Street star, 35, showcased her peachy rear in a skimpy black bikini while posing away from the camera as she stood in the sea.

In further Instagram snaps, Faye, who split with her boyfriend Joe Davies in July, continued to exhibit her toned physique in a black swimsuit.

In her caption, she wrote: ‘See You Soon… My trip has come to an end but I can’t begin to tell you how excited I am about being an official ambassador for @bluebaytravel.

The star took to her on social media to reveal that that she and her former beau decided to end their relationship after three years together.

Faye, who is best known for playing Kate Connor in the ITV soap opera, took to Twitter to confirm the news telling her fans they they had ‘very sadly’ split.

Posting to her 85,000 followers on the app, she wrote: ‘Just wanted to say that, very sadly, after nearly three years Joe and I have decided to go our separate ways.

‘We had the most wonderful of times, and our mutual respect, admiration and friendship remains stronger than ever.’

The news comes after Faye revealed in February 2021 her and Joe’s plans to get married and have children as she declared he was the ‘best cheerleader’ when she appeared on Dancing On Ice.

When asked if an engagement is on the cards, Faye told OK! magazine: ‘I would love to get married and I know Joe would too, but right now we love our lives and there is no pressure.’

Her partner Joe concurred: ‘There’s a huge future ahead for both of us and we’re on our own journey.’

The Dancing On Ice star previously dated singer Gareth Gates.

The couple dated on and off for seven years and got engaged in January 2019, but called off the wedding in August that year and went their separate ways.

A source close to the singer at the time claimed that although the pair want to remain friends, they couldn’t make their relationship work.

An insider told Manchester Evening News: ‘Faye and Gareth are both extremely sad about their relationship ending.

‘They still care very much about each other and want to remain friends, but the wedding has been called off.

‘They tried to make it work but sadly it’s not meant to be.’

Faye is said to have thrown herself into work in a bid to help with her heartbreak.
