Fears grow for missing teenager, 14, with distinctive birth mark on her face after she has not been seen for a week

  • Margaret Connors, also known as Katie Cash, was last seen in Derby city centre 
  • The teenager has an Irish accent and a distinctive birth mark on her right cheek
  • Derbyshire police believe that she is still in Derby and are working to find her 
  • She is about 5ft tall, has blonde hair and also has links to the Northampton area

A 14-year-old girl has been missing for seven days as police grow increasingly concerned for her safety. 

Margaret Connors, who is also known as Katie Cash, was last seen in Derby city centre on August 14.

Derbyshire police have released a picture and description of the teenager in the hope of tracking her down and bringing her home safely.

She is described as being around 5ft tall, of slim build, with long blonde hair and blue eyes.

The youngster speaks with an Irish accent and has a distinctive birth mark on the right-hand side of her face.

Margaret is believed to still be in Derby, however, she also has links to the Northampton area.

Anybody who has seen the teenager or who knows of her whereabouts can call Derbyshire police on 101, quoting reference number 929 of August 2. People can also call Crimestoppers, which is an anonymous service on 0800 555 111.
