Fit mother-of-four, 29, shares what’s inside her fridge

Your fridge is one of the most important appliances in the home and what’s inside can say a lot about your lifestyle.

For Australian personal trainer and mother-of-four Sophie Guidolin, her fridge is stocked full of fresh fruit and vegetables, pre-prepared meals for the week and dairy products.

Testament to the incredibly healthy lifestyle she and her family live, the 29-year-old was honest about where she indulges on the calorie front – namely, the cheese department.

She has five different varieties of cheese in the cold cabinet.

Cottage cheese, which she said is ‘high in protein’, is currently her toddlers favourite snack food and Sophie uses a reduced fat variety of fetta in her salads.

The family also has light ricotta cheese, tasty cheese and mozzarella sitting in the side door.

‘It’s like an Up and Go but without the additives,’ she said in the Youtube video.

‘At 150 calories it is a great snack choice,’ she explained.  

Almond and oat milk varieties are nestled in the side door and probiotic sachets for her twins.

As for fruit and vegetables Sophie always keeps a tupperware container filled with cut-up fruit, like watermelon and rockmelon

Her husband Nathan uses lean cut beef mince – often for mexican rice, lasagne and burgers – while Sophie cooks chicken breast to store in the fridge each week to add to her sons school wraps.
