Her massive following ultimately led to her creating her own website, HBFit, where she dishes about everything fitness, beauty and healthy lifestyle related.
She spoke with Greatist where she dished all of her weekend fitness tips that are simple enough to follow along.
The prime time that Hannah enjoys working out is in the morning rather than in the evening because that way the workout doesn’t hang over her head and it leaves her with extra time.
‘I normally do a workout in the morning so I have the rest of my day to do what I want,’ she admitted.
As for going out on the weekends, Hannah doesn’t deprive herself but also makes sure she doesn’t go overboard.
She explained to the site: ‘I try to only go out twice a week. More than that would leave me feeling pretty run down.’

Dedicated: She tries to only go out twice a week admitting any more than that would leave her feeling too ‘run down’
Since she doesn’t go out all the time it leaves her feeling good and waking up refreshed so there is no excuse to skip a workout.
When she does go out she watches what she drinks and makes sure to skip the sugary chasers.
‘I don’t mix alcohol or use sugary mixers, so I don’t get hungover,’ she admitted.
Sharing her drink of choice, Hannah said it’s simple: ‘I keep it to tequila on the rocks with lime and a little bit of club soda.’
Due to Hannah’s busy schedule she is constantly traveling and is always on the move which can screw up her routine.
She assured everyone that the key to staying healthy while traveling on the weekends or in general is – consistency.
‘I’m all about consistency. I really try to stay my course, so I always travel with snacks and do research ahead of time so I know where to get the foods I need to stay sane,’ she confessed.
One snack that Hannah Bronfman suggests is perfect for on-the-go or at home is spiced nuts because it’s full of flavor and keeps you full.

Her recipe is super simple: Mix a bunch of spices together so that you have ‘a good flavor profile.’
Add cinnamon for sweetness, cayenne for spicy, ‘you know the drill,’ she joked.
After you’ve figured out which nuts you like and what flavor spices you want to add, pour them over a full container of pecans or walnuts.
Then, mix some coconut oil in the container and spread the nuts on a baking sheet with parchment paper, baking it at 350 degrees for 12 minutes – it’s that easy.
On the weekends after a workout Hannah said she enjoys spending time with her husband, Brendan Fallis, 38, with one of their hobbies being reorganizing.
Hannah often posts adorable photos of her and Brendan hanging out on Sundays with the hastag, ‘Sundays are for lovers.’
She admitted that using chores is an easy way for her and her husband to spend time together.
‘We choose one spot in our house that needs overhauling, get rid of a bunch of s**t, then reorganize it. After that, we cook dinner and watch a movie,’ she said.
