Fitness model Chontel Duncan workout full-term pregnancy

By the time they reach full-term pregnancy, most women feel tired, in pain and somewhat ready to deliver their baby.

Not Chontel Duncan. The 28-year-old fitness model and personal trainer from Brisbane is continuing to work out right until the birth of her second child.

At the end of last week, she published a video of her gruelling regime less than a week before she gives birth.

‘Baby is fully posterior. Has a bigger head than Jeremiah did at birth, is measuring bigger overall than Jeremiah,’ she continued.

‘And at yesterday’s appointment I saw that I still have plenty of room in there for baby to grow much bigger.

‘What size do you all think baby will be? Jeremiah was seven pounds and 13 ounces, and this baby at our last measuring scan (two weeks ago) was over seven pounds already.’
