Fitness tycoon on the one key thing she did to launch two new ventures and make MILLIONS

‘I felt a sense of clarity I hadn’t experienced before’: How attending a yoga class sparked entrepreneur’s genius idea for two businesses that have made her MILLIONS

  • Mother-of-three Jacinta McDonell launched Anytime Fitness in Australia
  • While trying for a third baby she turned to yoga to relax her body and mind
  • She fell so in love with the practice she launched two studios in Sydney
  • It led to the production of The Human Kind Project which helps those in Malawi

Having launched the extremely successful Anytime Fitness training gyms in Australia a decade ago, Jacinta McDonell has made a name for herself as a ‘millionaire mumpreneur’.

But marketing the production of 430 clubs in the space of a few years was stressful – and it was beginning to take a toll on the mother-of-three’s health, relationships, family life and work.

In a bid to learn how to relax she joined a yoga class – a decision that later helped her launch two new businesses that have made her millions.

‘I started practicing a few times a week and quickly noticed the benefits in all areas of my life – I felt a sense of calmness and clarity I hadn’t experienced before,’ the Australian business tycoon told WHIMN.

As a result of her newfound hobby, Jacinta launched Urban Yoga; a new take on the flowing movements set to calming music and stunning visuals in Sydney in December 2015.

The positive reception encouraged her to pursue a more accessible approach – yoga for everyone who had internet access – and she called it W1LL.
