Florida felon accused of killing a woman with her car

A convicted felon has been accused of running over a woman with her own vehicle and then dumping her body at a nearby park.

Donnie Glenn, 32, was arrested on Thursday morning for the murder of 31-year-old Jessica Raver. Glenn was already appearing in court at the time for violating probation.

Raver’s body was discovered near 1000 Vine Street on Sunday afternoon. Authorities said that her body had ‘obvious signs of trauma’, but did not say how it occurred.

She was found between the football fields and the cultural center, according to police. Capri said early indications are that she was run over by her white Hyundai.

‘There’s a dead body, just laying here and a whole bunch of dirt marks, like car dirt marks around it,’ the caller tells the operator.

‘She’s got like blood around her neck, like scratches…it don’t look normal.’

Police said Glenn ran over Raver with her own vehicle Saturday night. The car was later found abandoned in a ditch in Ormond Beach, police said.

Detectives also found Raver's cell phone, which revealed she had been in contact with Glenn on Saturday night. Police say the nature of their relationship may be drug-related (Pictured, crime scene)
