A Florida drug suspect whose mugshots went viral earlier this month because of his unusually large neck, has been arrested again.
Charles Dion McDowell, 31, who has become known online as the ‘neck guy’, was arrested in Lee County early Wednesday morning and booked into the Lee County Detention Center in Opelika.
He was charged with attempting to elude, second-degree marijuana possessions, driving with a revoked license, reckless driving and improper lane usage, jail records showed.fa
McDowell was being held on $5,400 in bonds, but made bail this morning.

He had just been let out of jail in Florida, where he was busted on numerous charges, one of them being evading police. But he did not learn his lesson.
McDowell was arrested earlier this month on a number of charges including fleeing police, possession of meth, possession of cocaine and a number of other charges including intent to sell, manufacture or deliver.
His mug shot almost immediately went viral online, with online users making fun of his neck.
‘Dude is up to his neck in charges,’ wrote Dustin Gilland.
‘That neck tattoo cost $6000. They charge per square foot,’ joked Brian White.
Another user named Barry Jacobs: ‘His neck is still at LARGE!!!’
The post has been shared more than 260 thousand times, with nearly 300 thousand comments, most of which involved a series of puns and jokes surrounding McDowell’s neck.

Another user named Noble McGregor wrote: ‘They gonna put him in jail and throat away the key.

McDowell was booked into the Escambia County jail and is now being held on a $57,000 bond

Earlier this month Charles was taken into custody after attempting to flee police.
