Yumna’s instructional video begins with a shot of the loaf of bread which she quickly cuts into two centimetre cubes.
The bread is poured into a baking dish and then set aside while the foodie prepares the custard mixture.
She combines the eggs, milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, Greek yoghurt and cinnamon using her blender.
This mixture was then poured over the bread cubes before the foodie tops the casserole with her pecans.
The casserole was then placed in the oven at 180c and taken out when it was golden brown on the top.
The home cook said the casserole has become a family favourite and will ‘definitely make an appearance over Christmas time’.
