Disgraced former Channel Seven personality Andrew O’Keefe has had yet another brush with the law after he was was allegedly caught driving while on a suspended licence.

The former Deal No or No Deal and The Chase Australia host was allegedly spotted behind the wheel by NSW Police highway patrol officers in the ritzy suburb of Bellevue Hill in Sydney’s east on June 20.

O’Keefe, 52, was issued with a court attendance notice for the offence of driving while suspended, The Daily Telegraph reported.

The former television star will appear in Downing Centre Local Court on August 6.

O’Keefe’s latest charges comes just six months after he was found guilty of multiple domestic violence and drug offences.

The former broadcaster was hit with three sets of charges, including assault causing actual bodily harm, breaching a domestic violence order and possession of 1.6g of the synthetic stimulant drug mephedrone known as ‘meow meow’ following a violent altercation with a woman in September 2021.

He was sentenced to a 12-month community corrections order and three 18-month community corrections order.

Speaking to reporters outside court, O’Keefe said he intended to appeal the convictions.

He has since lodged an appeal in the NSW District Court with a hearing is set to be heard on July 31.

A year earlier,  O’Keefe had previously pleaded guilty to drug driving after testing positive to methamphetamine in Point Piper in January 2023 but received a 12-month conditional release order without conviction, holding him to good behaviour.

The latest offence is just the latest in a long line of sad scandals for O’Keefe, who was once one of Australia’s most popular TV presenters.

The former lawyer was once chairman of White Ribbon Australia, an organisation dedicated to the prevention of violence against women, and was even appointed a Member of the Order of Australia in for his extensive television and charity work.

O’Keefe has suffered a very public fall from grace in recent years, having spent time in prison and multiple rehabilitation clinics following a string of scandals.
