Clare, who last month told Daily Mail Australia she’d gone from 70kg to 114kg, wore a floaty, sleeveless floral dress for the occasion.
She styled her shoulder-length blonde hair loosely and kept her makeup look simple, opting to add a pop of colour with a berry-tinted lip.
It comes after photos surfaced of Clare last month, which showed her looking markedly different to her days on Married At First Sight.

Clare told Daily Mail Australia at the time that her weight gain had left her feeling ‘too embarrassed’ to leave the house.
In the photos, the Melbourne local displays a fuller figure while dressed in black jeans and a T-shirt and walking her dog.
‘I have been avoiding going out or attending any events for the past year as I am very embarrassed by how out of control my weight has become,’ she said.
‘I have turned down events, would hide behind my friends in any photos, and avoided posting photos of myself on Instagram unless they were throwback photos.’

But Clare clarified there were several reasons behind her weight gain, including her ongoing struggle with PTSD, which she has spoken about in the past.
‘My body went into fight or flight mode,’ Clare confessed. ‘Your brain tells your body to store every ounce of fat as it thinks you are on “survivor” when in reality I was in bed eating poorly.’
She added: ‘It was also due to my back injury, stress, inability to exercise and poor food choices.’
However, the TV personality – who made headlines when she was matched with Jono Pitman on MAFS – said she was determined to get back into shape.
‘I have been doing a low-calorie diet (500 calories a day) plus walking after a second back surgery last year,’ she said.
‘I’m now at 99kg. My normal weight is 68kg.’

Clare said that a number of factors have hindered her progress, including recovering from a back surgery in January 2017 after badly damaging three discs in 2015, as well as a second back surgery in December the same year.
‘I was in so much pain I could hardly walk previously, so even basic exercise was impossible,’ she said.
‘I have only been able to be out of bed walking again post surgery for three days. I won’t be able to start light training again for six weeks.’

Clare has spoken candidly about the harrowing experience that led to her living with post-traumatic stress disorder.
In April 2015, she was walking her dog Dutchy near her home in Prahran, Melbourne, when a man jumped out and attacked her.
Speaking to AAP in 2016, Clare said the effects of the attack still linger.
