Police in Pennsylvania are searching for answers in the death of a former Playboy model who was found strangled Wednesday night in her bedroom.
Christina Kraft, 36, has been identified as the victim of the suspicious homicide in the community of Ardmore, a place locals deem to be generally safe.
Lower Merion Township Police were called to Kraft’s residence around 9:15pm last night to perform a welfare check on the brunette beauty, who was found deceased in her bed.
An autopsy report later confirmed the lingerie model died by strangulation. Police have not arrested any suspects as of Thursday night.
Kraft reported that several pieces of her jewelry and designer bags were stolen about three days ago, according to ABC 6.
The glamorous model posed for Maxim, Victoria’s Secret and Smashbox during her career, according to her Model Mayhem bio.
She posted to her bio: ‘I’ve done runway shows, print work, commercials for jewelry and evening gowns, and i did a tasteful photo shoot for Playboy that was beyond hollywood glamour!
‘I would like to build my portfolio with some more creative photographers who specialize in glamour and very high fashion!
‘I really do enjoy photo shoots for swim wear and tasteful lingerie. I’m willing to travel and I love to meet new exciting people with high energy and a kind heart. I look forward to working with you and hope to make this a great experience!’
Back in 2016, Kraft charged with assault after she attacked a restaurant manager while having dinner with a male friend in New York on March 6.
The incident happened at The Smith, an upscale eatery on the Upper West Side.
Charges were quickly dropped against the bombshell in September 2016.
Prosecutors offered to drop the charges against her, so long as she stayed out of trouble for the following six months.
The manager who was assaulted, Sergey Anokhin, was left with ‘redness and substantial pain’ after Kraft struck him in the back and kicked him in the groin.
‘The guy didn’t want to pay. The manager interceded,’ a source told the New York Post of the incident.
‘She was intoxicated, and she claimed that the manager pushed her, but there was video of the incident that showed she was lying.’
The five-foot-nine model was initially charged with misdemeanor assault, attempted assault and harassment.
