Former RuPaul’s Drag Race judge Lucian Piane was arrested at gunpoint, footage exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com shows, amid struggles with his mental health.

The music producer, 38, was arrested for trespassing after he refused to leave a Chase bank on Tuesday night on Santa Monica Boulevard in Los Angeles.

Piane willingly walked out of the bank with his hands above his head after two LA County Sheriff’s deputies pointed their weapons at him.

Piane has been arrested three times already this month, including on August 10 for felony vandalism, as well as on Saturday during a citizen’s arrest for trespassing, Los Angeles Police Department records show.

A family source told DailyMail.com they weren’t’ aware of Piane’s recent arrests but said he had been receiving treatment for mental health issues.

Tuesday’s arrest comes after Piane’s Twitter account was suspended after a series of bizarre tweets, calling people ‘racist f*****ts’ and asking if it was okay to ‘call Beyonce the N-word’.

Eyewitness Peter Fitzgerald told DailyMail.com that he was inside a nearby Starbucks with friends when Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department deputies arrived.

Fitzgerald said: ‘The cops pulled up and pointed their pistols at the bank. I was frightened because I thought there was a heist or something.

‘Two SUVs pulled up outside the bank and drew their guns. We were so surprised.

‘Lucian pushed out of the doors with his hands up and gave himself up very willingly. They cuffed him and emptied his pockets.’

Piane was overheard ‘bragging’ to the officers that he had been a guest judge on the popular reality show while he was being detained, Fitzgerald said.

He added that Piane was placed inside a third sheriff’s department SUV, which had turned up to the scene later.

Fitzgerald said at first he wasn’t sure who was being arrested until another bystander realized who the man was.

Fitzgerald said: ‘Someone said his name was Lucian. [They said] he was bragging that he had been a judge on RuPaul’s Drag Race.’

He is also a former judge on the hit TV show RuPaul’s Drag Race, about the search for America’s next drag superstar. He appeared on the show as a guest judge from 2012 to 2016.

On Sunday, Piane’s Twitter account was suspended after he seemingly had a meltdown and posted a series of offensive tweets.

His account said: ‘Is it okay to call @Beyonce the N WORD for being a HORRIBLE BLACK PERSON? RICH AS F**K AND DONE NOTHING FOR HER PEOPLE EXCEPT STEAL.

‘So… @Beyonce and @TheEllenShow are such awful human beings that they should both be call [sic] the C WORD daily.

‘I’m 1/32nd BLACK. But no one knows. Cause you’re all racist f****ts.

‘I’d love to know examples of all the ways @Beyonce has made BLACK LIVES better. Anyone? Anyone?’

Piane also came under fire in 2017 for hitting out at RuPaul’s Drag Race, after he said it was ‘bastardized drag’.

He took to social media to embark on a bizarre rant aimed at the show and claimed RuPaul ‘only cares about money’.

This outburst followed a previous incident in late 2016, which saw him make anti-Semitic and racial remarks online.

Piane took to Twitter to say ‘If Jews stopped the Holocaust victim s**t we would all get along’. He also referred to RuPaul as the ‘wisest n****r’.

He later apologized for both, blaming his behavior on drugs.

Piane said the outbursts were down to psychosis, induced by eating too much marijuana, which he claims he was using to treat an undiagnosed medical issue.

After the meltdowns, Piane had his Twitter suspended. His old Instagram account is deactivated as well.

However, on August 21 a new Instagram account seemingly belonging to Piane sprung up.

The page’s first post told ‘Mark F**kerberg can suck my d**k,’ followed by selfie shots and screenshots of LA’s weather forecast.
