Fort Stewart soldier arrested by military police after he threw a tantrum over a mall parking lot

A Fort Stewart soldier is in military police custody after he was filmed throwing a temper tantrum in a Georgia mall parking lot before rough housing the woman who was with him.

Shocking footage filmed at the Olgethrope Mall on Monday shows the soldier growing more and more frustrated as he argues with a group of women over a parking space.

The unidentified man – who is a member of the 3rd Infantry Division – can be heard calling one woman a ‘b***h’ as she asserts that she doesn’t have to do what he says.

As the woman he’s with tries to calm him down, the man can be seen screaming in her face.

At one point, it sounds like he calls the women he is arguing with a ‘n****r’ before continuing with his rant.

The irate soldier mocks the women when they tell them that they were waiting on a parking spot.

‘It don’t matter if you were in the way of my God D**n car,’ he shouts back at the group.

Soon, he screams at the women to ‘Shut the f**k up,’ but they quickly tell him that they don’t have to do anything.

Growling and in a fit of rage, the man rips off his uniform as his partner tries to calm him down. He also snatches his hat off his head.

The women tell him to keep taking off his uniform and continuing recording the chaos unfold as the man’s partner continues with her efforts to calm him down.

But the soldier then focuses his attention on his partner as she tries to grab him, twisting her arm and slamming her into the trunk of their vehicle.

The women step in and tell the soldier not to treat the woman like that but he doesn’t care, telling them to ‘shut the f**k up.’

‘And you have the nerve to serve our country,’ one woman says while filming.

The man responds: ‘F**k this country, f**k America.’

Another angle shows that the couple have a baby in the back seat. The soldier slams the trunk and the back seat door while arguing with the women.

De’Minka Spaulding, the woman who posted the videos of the incident, said that the man kept throwing their race at them as he argued with them.

‘He kept throwing up the race card and being disrespectful and “b***h that and b***h this,”‘ she explained to WSAV. ‘So, we start arguing back and forth I didn’t know what else to do because he started taking his anger out on his wife.’

Spaulding’s friend filmed the altercation from a nearby car while she filmed while talking to the man. She shared that she was shocked that the soldier would manhandle his partner.

‘My heart just went out to her, I was hurt before, so I don’t know. I just felt like I had to do something,’ Spaulding shared. ‘If all I could do was pull out my phone that’s what I was going to do.’

The 3rd Infantry Division released a statement condemning the soldiers behavior.

‘3rd Infantry Division leadership is aware of the incident involving one of our Soldiers captured on video yesterday,’ they said in a statement.
