Four men were killed and multiple injured after a shooting inside an illegal gambling club in New York on Saturday.
The victims were pronounced dead at the ‘chaotic’ scene at Triple A Aces Private & Social Rental Space in Weeksville, Brooklyn around 7am.
Three were injured in the shooting including a 38-year-old woman and 35-year-old man were shot in the leg, and another man, 49, was shot in the right arm. Another person received a minor injury in the leg as they tried to flee the scene.
Worried locals were seen waiting nearby and loved ones were pictured bawling after receiving news of who was inside.
Police received reports of gunshots fired around 6.55am and firefighters initially responded to the scene at 7.06am.

Officers based three blocks away at the NYPD 77th Precinct raced to the scene after having responded to a shooting elsewhere. but it was initially unclear what sparked the shooting.
The location at 74 Utica Ave is listed as permanently closed on Google but cops said it was being used for unlicensed gambling, indicated by cards and other items discovered. Officers found a .9mm and an untouched revolver at the sparsely decorated venue where it’s estimated 15 people were in attendance, and 15 gunshots were fired.
Police said they had gathered video evidence from inside the venue and in close proximity.
The bodies of the four males remained at the scene awaiting the medical examiner around 10am.
The victims’ ages range between 32 and 49 years old. Their identities were not immediately revealed as authorities notified loved ones. Two were from out of state and the others were from Brooklyn, police said.

Victims of the incident were transported to Kings County Hospital and Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries.
A woman had been taken away from the scene in handcuffs, according to a witness reaction.
The Citizen user’s video also shows police with a man in handcuffs.
The witness filming the video is heard saying: ‘They must have gotten away in the car that ran that light.’

Cops were carrying out a hospital canvass around the city to determine if there are any more shooting victims.

Cops said in a press conference that the place was not known for any other incidents of trouble.
However in November 2008, the venue had two complaints that it had been turned into a nightclub from 4pm to 1am Monday-Friday, and 2pm to 4am on weekends.
The building owner told New York Daily News that for the past two years he has rented it out to a ‘stand-up guy’ for birthday parties and other events, but had no idea what really went on inside.
‘I don’t know what happened,’ Samuel Revells told NYDN. ‘It’s not my operation. I understand people got killed there and it’s crazy and I’m very upset, very upset.
‘I feel very bad about what happened.’
Cops estimated there was a minimum of 15 people inside the location at the time of the incident
Victims of the incident at 74 Utica Avenue were transported to the hospital via ambulances
