Fox News correspondent Garrett Tenney choked up as he recounted some of the ‘horrific’ details of one man who lost his mother in the El Paso Walmart shooting that saw ‘multiple’ causalities.
Garrett Tenney was sharing some of the witness testimonial he had received on Saturday after a 21-year-old gunman opened fire in the local store.
He had been looking for witnesses to share their stories when he stumbled upon a man crying on the shoulder of an older man.

Tenney learned that the man’s mother had been fatally shot just moments after they had arrived at the store.
‘He said that she had just went into Walmart, as soon as he heard the shooting happened,’ Tenney said before pausing to keep his emotions in check. ‘I apologize,’ he said.
Tenney continued: ‘He ran into the front door and he said he saw his mom on the ground. They saw many bodies. He said there was blood, there were brains everywhere. It is the most horrific thing he had ever seen. Heartbreaking stories.’
The correspondent was able to maintain his composure and continued explaining that most people were shopping for the weekend at the Walmart when the shooting occurred.

One suspect has been placed in custody. He has been identified as Patrick Crusius.
El Paso Mayor Dee Margo confirmed that there were multiple fatalities.

Reports on social media indicate that a manifesto written by the alleged shooter has been making the rounds on various web sites.
Shortly after, Sgt. Enrique Carrillo, a police spokesman, said a suspect was in custody and there was no longer danger to the public.
Walmart released a statement saying they were praying for the victims.
‘We’re in shock over the tragic events at Cielo Vista Mall in El Paso, where store 2201 & club 6502 are located,’ they said. ‘We’re praying for the victims, the community & our associates, as well as the first responders. We’re working closely with law enforcement & will update as appropriate.’
