Frankie Essex has revealed that she got her six-month-old daughter’s ears pierced with real diamond earrings.

The former TOWIE star, 34, decided to get the piercing done for her tot Luella, one of her twins who she welcomed with her boyfriend Luke Love on June 1.

She admitted in her column with OK Magazine that she wonders if she is ‘going to get stick’ for it because ‘a lot of people have opinions about that’.

TV personality Frankie showed her 258,000 Instagram followers the stud earrings on little Luella in a story.

Captioning the post, she wrote: ‘Little lady got her ears pierced last week all gossip about our week in my @ok_mag column.’

She explained in her piece for the publication that she headed to Claire’s Accessories at Bluewater Shopping Centre in Kent.

‘Luella cried, but then I put a dummy in her mouth and she was laughing. She was absolutely fine, and then she forgot about it.

‘She looks so lovely and Luke thinks she looks really different. She has real diamonds in and she’s only six months old! She’s definitely my child.

‘I don’t know if I’m going to get stick for getting them done because a lot of people have opinions about that, but if she didn’t get them done now, she would probably have to wait until she was a teenager, just getting it done now means it’s done, plus if she doesn’t like them when she’s older, she can take them out.

It comes after Frankie detailed her son Logan’s ‘terrifying’ emergency surgery ordeal after a routine vaccination caused an abscess on his leg.

The former TOWIE star, 34, revealed the then five-month-old was rushed to hospital three times last week to cure the infection.

Logan and Luella are twins and the reality star has kept her fans up to date with their lives since their birth in June.

She wrote in her OK! column in October: ‘So on Monday morning we went to the doctors and by Monday night, something didn’t feel right so we took him to A&E.

‘He ended up being put in an ambulance to another hospital. Then the next day he had a scan so they could confirm that it was an abscess. He then had to go to the Royal London hospital – so the third hospital – to have it removed.’

She went on to reveal the little one had to stay in hospital for give days to have the abscess removed, after being told by doctors it was the only option.

The reality star has now filed a complaint at her local GP practice, writing: ‘I presumed it was a bit common because babies have vaccinations every single day and they have to have three lots – but every doctor and nurse I spoke to said they’d never seen it in a baby.’

At the time, the star shared an update on Instagram as she explained how she rushed her baby boy into A&E.
