Golden Gaytime has unveiled a new range of breakfast cereal-flavoured ice creams – including Crunchy Nut and Froot Loops.

The iconic brands have joined forces in a sweet collaboration to delight shoppers with the breakfast-meets-dessert mash-up, available in the freezer aisles in supermarkets across Australia.

The Crunchy Nut flavoured Golden Gaytime has swirls of toffee and vanilla ice cream coated in a chocolate and peanut flavoured biscuit crumbs.

While the Golden Gaytime Froot Loops consists of cereal flavoured ice cream coated in chocolate and biscuit crumbs that will sure take nostalgic shoppers back to their childhoods.

Hundreds of shoppers have shared their excitement on social media, with many saying they couldn’t wait to taste the new creations.

‘Shut up and take my money,’ one said.

However, some weren’t too keen on the new flavour combinations.

‘Crunchy Nut sound s good but I don’t know about Froot Loops, two of my favourite things but not sure about mixed together,’ one wrote.

While another added: ‘I really like the original. Why mess with perfection? No, I doubt that I will try these variations.’

The new range comes just weeks after breakfast cereals Coco Pops and Fruit Loops were transformed into a range of flavoured milk

For just $3.65 for a pack of three, customers can choose between Coco Pops and Froot Loops flavoured milk to drink on the go.

Available at Woolworths supermarket stores, the milk contains high calcium, source of fibre and no artificial colours or flavours.

Froot Loops are fruit-flavoured cereal made with distinctive rings of corn, wheat and oats while Coco Pops are grains of puffed rice and real cocoa.

Last month, Pauls launched a chocolate-caramel flavoured custard inspired by Allen’s Fantales lollies.

The product was quietly released at Woolworths for $2.50 per 170g tub.

The custard has an extra creamy, smooth texture and closely replicates the taste of Allen’s Fantales.

The iconic Australian caramel lollies are dipped in a smooth milk chocolate coating and individually wrapped in thin wrapping paper covered in interesting facts.

Earlier this year, Coco Pops and Golden Gaytime combined the classic flavours of the two brands to create a mouth-watering breakfast cereal and ice cream.

The range includes a $5.40 Coco Pops Golden Gaytime flavour cereal and Coco Pops flavoured Golden Gaytime for $8.50 for a four pack.

Dubbed as the ‘ultimate mash-up’ to ever hit freezers, the chocolate cereal flavoured ice cream consists of scrumptious Coco Pops flavoured biscuit crumbs. 

While the breakfast cereal made with grains of puffed rice with cocoa consists of a Golden Gaytime flavour.
