Fullerton professor charged after ‘masturbating’ in front of women

Dong-Hyun Huh, who teaches anthropology at Grace Mission University in Fulllerton, has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure

A professor has been charged with indecent exposure after allegedly showing his genitals off to two women last year, according to the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.

Dong-Hyun Huh, 46, has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of indecent exposure, KTLA reports.

He is said to have pulled his pants down and showed off his genitals both in Cerritos and Asteria on September 15.

Huh is an anthropology professor at Grace Mission University in Fullerton, California.

The professor faces up to two years in jail and will have to register as a sex offender if convicted.

Los Angeles County Sheriff’s deputies are reaching out to the public to see if anyone else was victim of his alleged indecent exposure, KTLA reported.

The first alleged incident happened in Cerritos as the victim, a 34-year-old woman, was walking along the road and Huh called out to her.

She said he was sitting in his car, a white Lexus SUV, when he yelled to get her attention and then said he was lost and needed directions.

The woman said she stopped and walked over to him, at which time she claims Huh had his pants down and his genitals fully exposed.

The victims said she immediately ran off.

Within a few hours Huh allegedly exposed himself to a second woman, 19, and masturbated in front of her, deputies said.

In both incidents the 46-year-old was sitting inside his white 2017 Lexus NX 200t, police said.

‘He lured two victims to his car and asked for a certain direction,’ Captain Joseph Nunez told KTLA.

‘That’s when he exposed himself to them.’

The professor was arrested Tuesday and is awaiting arraignment on two counts of indecent exposure. He is currently out on a $30,000 bond.

Authorities are now looking for potential additional victims, which they said is likely because he works at a school.

Nunez said he is concerned Huh became more bold over time as ‘he was allowed to continue down this pathway.’

‘The fact that he works in a school profession, they need to know if there was anything similar to this that they report it,’ he explained.

Grace Mission University’s website lists Huh as a full-time member who teaches church planting, evangelism, music and intercultural studies.

A staffer at the college told CBS Los Angeles Huh quit on Wednesday morning, but said they did not believe the allegations against him because he is a ‘good christian.’
