G-Easy was denied entry into Canada on Monday.
The 29-year-old rapper was set to headline the Cowboys Music Festival in Calgary when he ‘ran into issues with Canadian customs agents’ according to TMZ.
Although it was ‘unclear’ why the No Limit hitmaker was rejected, sources speculate his recent cocaine arrest in Sweden ‘had something to do with it’.

A statement released by Cowboys Dance Hall read: ‘Cowboys regrets to inform you that G-Eazy is unable to perform tonight due to reasons beyond our control. Refunds will be processed at the online point of purchase (Showpass)’
The entertainer – whose real name is Gerald Earl Gilliam – was arrested in Stockholm in the early hours of May 3 after he allegedly fought with an official at a nightclub in the Swedish capital.
It was alleged that he was carrying 1.5 grams of cocaine in his pocket at the time of his arrest, as well as a ‘rolled up $100 bill’, which police claim has drug residue on it.
In a police report, which was obtained by The Blast, it was claimed that the rapper had admitted to using the drug to police, before the two bags of cocaine amounting to 1.5 grams was found during a search of the star.
Bottoms up: Before being detained, a fan took a video of G-Eazy passing out a round of shots to his friends at the club
Brothers: Sean Kingston, fellow rapper, was also present at the club
Police also claimed to have noticed ‘white powder on the nose’ of the Him & I musician – whose then girlfriend Halsey and friend Sean Kingston were also at the nightclub – and reported he showed visible signs of drugs use, including ‘tense, convulsive jaw muscles,’ and described his demeanour as ‘insane, crazy and rabid.’
The report went on to state that Eazy admitted to having the drugs in his possession during an interview with police, as well as confirming he struck a guard and tried to escape after being detained.
G-Eazy was convicted on charges of assault and drug possession, but will not face jail time.
Double trouble: Back in January, Halsey, born Ashley Nicolette Frangipane, was seen snorting a suspicious substance while hanging out on a yacht with G-Eazy and friends in Miami. The couple are pictured here in Palm Springs in April
Fake news: On Monday, singer Halsey, 23, took to Twitter to shoot down rumors she was moving on with Machine Gun Kelly
Meanwhile, his ex-girlfriend Halsey – whom he broke up with last week after dating for a year – shot down rumors she had moved on to Machine Gun Kelly on Monday.
Responding to a since-deleted tweet of her at the beach with the rapper, the 23-year-old singer wrote, ‘I’m not at the beach. I’m on tour. Alone. Slow news week I guess.’
In the photo, the electropop artist showcased her peachy posterior in a tan bikini, while the Bad Things rapper showed off his heavily tattooed torso by posing sans shirt.
However, the photo appeared to have been posted to the 28-year-old rapper’s Instagram all the way back in March 2017.
Taking to Twitter, the Not Afraid Anymore songstress addressed the photo by writing, ‘I’m not with anybody. That photo is 2 years old. Everyone mind they damn business [SIC].’
