She’s been in the news since claiming that there’s a ‘toxic culture’ on NBC’s America’s Got Talent that led to her firing after one season as a judge.

But as she awaits the outcome of a network investigation into her allegations of ‘racist’ and ‘sexist’ behavior on set, Gabrielle Union is taking everything in her stride.

The actress, 47, put on a stylish show as she arrived at the 13th Annual ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards Luncheon in Beverly Hills on Thursday.

Union chose an eye-catching red and white patterned outfit by designer Rosie Assoulin.

The ensemble featured a cropped long-sleeve top with sweetheart neckline and an ankle-length skirt.

She added white sandal heels and wore her braids piled high on top of her head and falling loose down one side.

Union joined the talent competition as a judge for its 14th season, which aired last year, along with former DWTS personality Julianne Hough. Neither were invited back for season 15.

Union subsequently spoke out about experiencing racist comments and being told she was wearing her hair ‘too black’ for the AGT audience.

She also  complained that judge-producer Cowell continuously smoked on the indoor set, Variety reported in November.

NBC has stated publicly that the network is taking Union’s complaints about troubling behavior on the set of AGT seriously and the network has spoken with Union as part of a formal investigation which was scheduled to be completed by the end of January.
