Gareth Bale is back on the bench for Real Madrid for their game against Paris Saint-Germain.
Zinedine Zidane has confirmed his team after Sportsmail revealed the Welshman would be named among the substitutes as the French coach opted for 22-year-old Marco Asensio in his place.
It’s another blow to Bale who was benched for the first leg – a game in which Asensio made a considerable impact coming on in the second half.
Bale has scored twice in his last three games and appeared to have done enough for a starting berth but Zidane has gone against Real Madrid’s record signing once again.
