He announced his engagement to actress Evelyn Hoskins last October, but Gavin And Stacey actor Mathew Horne appeared to confirm that the romance was over by publicly and passionately kissing another woman.

The star, 40, appeared worse for wear as he cosied up to the mystery lady in a Burger King in Wales on Tuesday , near to where he was been filming the show’s Christmas special – and he didn’t seem to care who was watching.

Gavin and Evelyn were rumoured to have split in December but neither have confirmed this.
