She recently revealed that she is  back on her £250 weight loss injections after an indulgent summer.

And Gemma Collins looked sensational as she continued to display her slimmed-down frame at Dawn Ward’s Creme de la Creme charity ball in Cheshire on Saturday night.

The former TOWIE star, 38, showcased her weight loss in a stunning black and silver sheer sequinned gown. 

Adding some glamorous touches, Gemma opted for a set of eye-catching diamond earrings and black barely-there heeled sandals.

The reality star veteran styled her blonde locks into a luscious curly blow-dried hairdo as she added a slick of glamorous make-up.

Gemma looked radiant as she worked her best angles and posed up a storm in the stylish item of clothing.

The Instagram sensation is close friends with Dawn, who hosted the charity ball, with the two even enjoying a lavish summer holiday in the South of France in August.

It comes after Gemma revealed that she is back on her pricey £250 weight loss injections again after a summer of ‘indulging in fantastic food’. 

The star took to her Instagram to share a throwback picture of herself showcasing her curves in a black floral patterned swimsuit on the beach.

Gemma took to the captions section to reveal that she was ‘reining in’ all her excesses and ‘getting healthy again’ following a summer of ‘indulging’. 

The ITVBe star admitted that she would be using her £250 SkinnyJab injections to kick start her diet after crediting them to her three stone weight loss earlier this year.

She penned: ‘All these fabulous holidays over the summer have meant I’ve been indulging in fantastic food, from all over the world! I mean, Greek food tastes better in Mykonos, right?

‘But now it’s time to rein all the excesses in and get healthy again and @skinnyjab are going to help me do just that!’

In August, the reality star praised the weight loss jabs, claiming they helped curb her appetite after she started using them in June.

Gemma credited the pricey slimming jabs for her three stone weight loss, which she gained one stone back of during her recent holiday.

In an interview with Sunday People, the confident boutique owner discussed how the injections are aiding her weight loss journey.

She revealed: ‘I went on the jabs and that has been really good for me. You get injected basically and it curbs your appetite as well so it is handy when you are busy and on the road.  

‘I definitely feel much better since losing weight and I have got more energy and stuff. When you eat rubbish food, you feel rubbish and when you eat healthy, it’s a lot better.’
