And now Sophie Kasaei, 28, has showcased a jaw-dropping before and after shot of her transformation on Instagram on Sunday as she discussed her weight loss journey.
The Geordie Shore reality star, who lost an incredible two stone, slipped into her underwear to highlight her gym-honed derriere and narrow waist in the inspiring shot.

In Sophie’s first belfie, she donned a khaki-coloured bikini which showcased her figure a number of months ago.
While she matched the shot with a photo in present day that highlighted her sensational pert posterior and defined legs in Calvin Klein thong underwear.
Alongside her skin-flashing snap, the MTV star discussed how hard she has worked to get her body where it is today and how she has found a new found self-confidence.
She wrote: ‘So this time last year I was just beginning a journey that would change my life. Not only did I drop weight and dress sizes but I also gained so much self confidence.

‘And not just from the way I looked, I felt healthier, less sluggish and full of energy. I sometimes had a “can’t be arsed” attitude before and had no energy to do anything, whereas now I’m so ‘get up and go’ with everything.’
Explaining how her attitude has changed, Sophie added: ‘I didn’t realise it would have so much of an effect on my mental outlook.
‘Stuffing yourself with junk food is fun but it held me back from making the most of life and that’s exactly what I’m doing now.’

The glamorous Geordie is believed to be single, following her split from long-term beau Joel Corry in November last year.
The pair parted ways after five years, and Sophie recently revealed the break-up was behind her recent two-stone weight loss.
She told MailOnline in January: ‘Maybe because I was in a relationship for all those years, I didn’t really want to change.
‘But it wasn’t like I was happy and fat, I was obviously very low. I didn’t think there was a way out so I sort of accepted that I was that fat girl. Being single now has made me more focused. It’s helped me focus on what I want.’
