It’s mortifying to show up to an event wearing the same dress as another guest.
But it’s even more embarrassing when the host is style queen and editor-in-chief of Vogue, Anna Wintour.
That’s the position Georgia Love, 30, found herself in on Thursday when she set out to interview Ms Wintour at an Australian Open brunch in Melbourne, and noticed the outfit she had carefully chosen looked almost identical to the staff at the event.

The 30-year-old former reality TV star took to Instagram to share the wardrobe blunder.
‘When you spend literally hours choosing what to wear to interview The Queen (Anna Wintour) to then turn up and find you’re DRESSED THE SAME AS THE STAFF,’ Georgia laughed.
The brunette wore a stripey knee-length shirt-dress, cinched in and tied at the waist with a bow. It just happened to be in the same pattern, colour and style as at least six other staff members.

Describing the encounter, Georgia gushed: ‘Career. Made. I AM NOT WORTHY’, adding that ‘a million girls would kill for this job’.
Adding to her Instagram story, Georgia shared a snap of Wintour posing outside the Margaret Court Arena for the Australian Open tennis tournament.

It’s not the first wardrobe blunder Georgia has made, making an almost identical mistake earlier this month.
Turning up to a New Year’s Day party in St Kilda this year, she quickly realised her outfit was the exact same as best friend, Elizabeth Anile.
A photo shared to Instagram captured the awkward moment, which saw the pair posed side by side in identical Alice McCall floral frocks.

Not only were they wearing the same off-the-shoulder pale blue dresses, the women had the same Tony Bianco wedge shoes with beige ribbon ties.
The former Bachelorette star captioned the photo: ‘When the bestie vibes are TOO STRONG!’
‘When you go to a New Year’s Day party in the exact same outfit as your best friend!’ she said to camera, showing off the pair’s matching shoes.
Wintour was a special guest at the Australian Open and the headline speaker of the Australian Open Inspirational Series. This is her first visit to Australia.
Since finding fame on reality TV, Georgia has gone on to work as a TV presenter and weather woman.
