You need to have a good credit rating in order for banks to consider lending to you so take this time to find out what your score is and take steps to improve it if necessary. Think Branding

Your company needs a personality. Try to determine the tastes and interests of your target audience before coming up with an identity that is likely to chime with them. Everything from your logo to the fonts you use in your marketing materials to your website’s color scheme should be taken into account. Try to use the same styles across everything you do. This includes your approach to customer interactions on social media and review sites. Stick to a clear tone of voice and decide what kind of relationship your brand will have with its users. Once your audience has a clear understanding of who you are, you’ll soon find a niche in your chosen market.

Plan Your Infrastructure

What positions will there be within your business? Will you have a product design team? A sales team? A marketing department? Who will deal with legal matters and health and safety? Work out just how big and complex your business is going to be, and make sure that you can afford to take on all of the staff you require. You should also consider tools such as CRM systems, accounting applications and workflow management resources to help your company function easily and smoothly but plan your use of these things carefully. Don’t overspend on flashy software that you don’t need.
