A female airline passenger was left in tears after she was berated by TSA employees for accidently checking in the wrong luggage.

Jos, a social media personality with 1.8 million followers on TikTok, posted a video to her page Saturday evening detailing the ‘mean’ incident at Austin International Airport.

Upon getting to the airport for her flight to London, the 21-year-old, also known as nnnnylsoj, checked in one of her bags and took the other to security.

Jos soon realized she had checked the wrong bag, prompting her to tell a TSA agent about the issue.

After informing a female employee about it, she was prompted to walk over to her because she said the worker couldn’t hear what she was saying.

‘And I explained to her that it’s supposed to be under the plane like I switched the bags,’ Jos said as she held back tears.

The influencer said she was then taken back to the TSA line by the employee, who told her to ‘go ahead and switch your bag out’ and then come through the priority section to get her checked in for her flight.

Thinking that was the end of her problem, Jos quickly realized her airport nightmare had just begun.

After checking the correct bag, she made her way to the priority line like she was told to do, but that’s when a male employee reprimanded her for being in the wrong line.

Trying to defend herself, Jos turned to the agent she initially interacted with and told the man she said she could go through the priority line.

‘And she turns around and she goes, “No, no, I said go through normal TSA,” whatever it’s called,’ Jos recalled.

Now, feeling confused and embarrassed, Jos said a bunch of male employees started laughing and ‘making fun’ of her.

‘I just got quiet because that is so embarrassing,’ Jos said as she cried on camera.

Detailing her experience going through security, Jos said she was berated yet again after her bin full of her belongings  wasn’t pushed far enough to make it through the machine.

At that moment, she said a bunch of employees ‘all start yelling’ and laughing – including the one who she approached first.

‘And the girl in the f***ing jacket starts laughing and she’s like “Oh my Gosh, y’all are yelling at her so much!”,’ she detailed.

‘Like, f***ing pick me a** b****. Like a f***ing female in a group of men,’ she said of the female TSA agent.

‘Like, I was so upset,’ she said, adding that when she went to push her belongings like she was told to do, they laughed at her all over again.

She even recalled them telling her: ‘Now you can have a fun trip,’  as she cried into her hands.

‘Like why are y’all being rude? I’m just a sensitive person, but that was so mean,’ she added as the clip ended.

‘I felt so embarrassed. I felt so stupid. I literally felt humiliated.’

Her loyal followers quickly flocked to the comment section and validated her emotions after the alleged incident.

‘Ur definitely not being dramatic, people can be so rude for no reason,’ one wrote.

‘I get so sensitive at airports too bc why on earth are they so cold for,’ another told her.

‘Why is everyone that works in airports are always as* holes. They purposely try to ruin your day,’ a user said.

Others tried to explain why TSA employees tend to be short-tempered.

‘As a previous airport employee, they’re all assholes because they work shitty ass hours and h8 their job they rather take it out on others to make their day better,’ one suggested.

Someone else commented: ‘Most airport staff are rude because we’re going where they aren’t.’

Followers also encouraged Jos to take matters into her own hands and file a report against the employees she interacted with.

In a subsequent video Jos said  she filed a report against the female agent for her alleged actions against her

One wrote: ‘Girl file a report!! You don’t deserve that!’

‘Get her name, and complain [about] her to the company,’ said another.

Jos eventually took their advice as she detailed in a subsequent video that she filed a report against the female agent.

Sitting aboard her British Airways flight, Jos gave viewers an update on the situation.

‘Ok guys, I’m not crying anymore! What did I do? I reported that b**** to the supervisor,’ Jos said as she turned the camera to her boyfriend Coby, adding that he was ‘pissed’ over what happened to her.

‘I ended up reporting her to the supervisor, Coby reported her – we were angry,’ the influencer added.

The video ended with her appearing to put the dramatic incident behind her and get on with her trip.

Austin International Airport told DailyMail.com the incident does not involve them, only TSA.

DailyMail.com contacted the agency for comment.

The shocking footage showed Labarrius Williams, 33, and Josue Gonzalez, 20, working together to steal money from passengers’ bags at security checkpoint E on June 29.

Video provided by the Miami-Dade County State Attorney’s office showed Williams shifting around items in a bin and then walking away while Gonzalez puts his hand on the item.

Gonzalez was then seen gripping something in his hand while removing it from the bin, then immediately dropping something in his pocket before returning to the conveyor belt.

Another clip showed Gonzalez starting to unzip a purse as the bin works its way down the belt.

On July 6 of that year, Williams, Gonzalez and a third TSA agent Elizabeth Fuster were arrested for allegedly removing $600 from a passenger’s wallet while they were going through security.
