Sam Pratt took all 33 members of his family, who were aged between two and 72, from Florida to Hawaii to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries and a gender reveal party.

Sam was diagnosed with stage three blood cancer two years earlier and decided to book the two week trip when he received the good news that he was in remission.

Sam Pratt took all 33 members of his family on holiday to celebrate his remission from cancer, birthdays, anniversaries and a gender reveal party. The family, who were aged between two and 72, spent two weeks in Honolulu after flying with Sam’s saved up airmiles

Sam’s daughter Emily Peterson told My State Line that the family were ‘jumping up and down’ when he was ‘cleared to fly.’

Sam had tallied up a million airline miles through Southwest Airlines by using a credit card and from previous trips.

He felt it was the perfect time to spend it so brought the entire family together in Honolulu.

He said: ‘I couldn’t think of a better gift to give than travel because not only do you get the travel but you get the memories that go with that.

‘Never in a million years that we think this would be possible. This is a dream It truly, truly is.’
