Grant Kemp CONFIRMS intent to pursue legal against Keira Maguire for false threesome claims

If Keira Maguire wasn’t worred about Grant Kemp’s threats before, she certainly should be now.

On Wednesday, the clearly frustrated Bachelor In Paradise star let select media organisations, Network 10 and Keira know he’s very serious about pursuing legal action after ‘false and damaging’ claims were made against him.

The 30-year-old called KIIS FM’s Kyle & Jackie O Show to criticise all three parties for their alleged role in perpetrating  rumours ex-girlfriend Ali Oetjen dumped him after he propositioned her for a threesome.

‘I’m after the magazine and possibly her’: Grant Kemp CONFIRMS intent to pursue legal action after Bachelor In Paradise’s Keira Maguire admitted to starting false threesome rumour to ‘protect’ Bachelorette Ali Oetjen

His renewed interest in the subject was spurred by Keira, who admitted to starting the threesome rumour on the KIIS FM show the day prior.

Grant confirmed Keira’s own admission: that the story was concocted in an attempt to jeopardise the credibility of cheating allegations he was planning to level against Ali.

‘I had a feeling Keira was the one behind that story because she even said it on TV when we got in that fight,’ he told Kyle Sandilands and Jackie ‘O’ Henderson.

‘She was like “I’m going to get you, this isn’t the end” or something along those lines.

‘I don’t know why you would want to do something like that for somebody who is your quote, unquote friend.

‘I mean, I have legitimate legal proof of this (Ali cheating) happening, I have the text messages from Ali begging me to apologise at my house for what she did.’

Kyle agreed ‘Now you can’t just accept someone’s apology when you walk in and some other bloke’s head in between your missus’ legs!’

Confirmed: Speaking to KIIS FM, Grant confirmed Keira's own admission: that rumours Ali and Grant split because he propositioned her with a threesome was concocted in an attempt to jeopardise the credibility of cheating allegations he was planning to level against Ali

Grant suggested Keira had originally contacted the magazine, who he said published the allegation ‘on the basis of nothing and with no proof of anything’.

He said he was willing to ‘let the whole thing go’ but that all changed in light of recent events, which he perceived to be attempts to ‘protect’ Ali.

After previously claiming Keira would be ‘hearing from his lawyer,’ Grant clarified that ‘it’s the magazine’ he is after first and foremost.

Grant's suspicion: 'I had a feeling Keira was the one behind that story because she even said it on TV when we got in that fight,' he told Kyle Sandilands and Jackie 'O' Henderson

He added ‘And possibly Keira, depending on her level of involvement in this’.

‘When you publish something about someone that’s in the media it is a damaging thing, because you’re preventing them from getting endorsements with companies, future roles and things like that,’ Grant added.

Grant also criticised Network Ten, who released the following statement about the debacle: ‘(There’s) two sides to the story of why they broke up.

‘However, this is a private matter and Ali will not be commenting on the misleading claims being made by other parties or the false rumours that are being spread.’

‘Ali’s relationship with Grant came to an end but she is very happy to have the opportunity to find love in the new season of The Bachelorette Australia.’

Of their statement, he said: ‘When I was trying to get my side of the story out, Network Ten was protecting her by running blockage on me getting the story out.’

‘The fact of the matter is, it (the cheating) did happen. It doesn’t matter what Network Ten wants to say. They released that completely vague BS statement about there being two sides to every story.’

He alleged it took him a long time to get the publication he sold his cheating allegations to bite, claiming they were ‘protecting Ali because she’s going to be the new Bachelorette’.

When approached for comment by Daily Mail Australia on Tuesday, Keira backpedalled on remarks made on The Kyle and Jackie O Show.

‘I never started the [threesome] rumour, it’s what I was told,’ she claimed.

‘I was told Ali cheated on him by someone and said, “I don’t believe that”, and I was (also) told he asked for a threesome, which scared her off – which is what I told the person who obviously passed that info [onto the media].’
