- Mary Berry is slashing £550,000 off the £4million asking price for Grade II home
- She is downsizing to a £2.6million four-bedroom home in Henley, Oxfordshire
She has no trouble flogging cookbooks and kitchenware to the public.
But it seems there is one thing Mary Berry can’t shift – her old home.
The cook, pictured, is still struggling to sell her six-bedroom mansion in Penn, Buckinghamshire, and has slashed the original asking price by £550,000.

Miss Berry, 83, put the Grade II listed home on sale for £4million in October. After failing to sell, she cut the asking price by £150,000 in May and now the former Bake Off judge has lowered it by another £400,000 – to £3,450,000.
Miss Berry and husband Paul Hunnings have downsized from the 18th century farmhouse – which has four acres, a tennis court and a separate two-bedroom cottage – to a £2.6million four-bedroom home in Henley, Oxfordshire.
