Great Outdoors host Laura Csortan responds to rumours she is dating Below Deck’s hunkiest captain Jason Chambers as pair spend a night out in Bali

Laura Csortan has shut down speculation she’s dating Below Deck star Jason Chambers.

On Wednesday, The Great Outdoors host, 46, shared a video to Instagram of her enjoying a beachside drink with friends, including the reality hunk in Bali.

In the footage, the pair sat on a lounge and clinked their glasses together before taking a drink while a friend filmed them.

The Australian model wore a white T-shirt and tiny shorts as she smiled for the camera while Jason also dressed casually in a white shirt and striped shorts.

Laura told Daily Mail Australia she is currently in Bali for work and has been catching up with friends during her trip, including Jason.

Laura is known to be single with her speaking about her private life on the Kinda, Sorta, Dating podcast with Jana Hocking.

She gave birth to her daughter Layla Rose in November 2016, and the identity of the father has never been revealed. 

‘It’s hard being a single mum and trying to date,’ Laura said in September, 2021.

‘I have found it harder since having a little girl, but I don’t know whether it is coming from me or the dude,’ she added.

Meanwhile, Jason ‘who is known as ‘Captain Cutie’ to his legion of female fans, also appears to be single.

Last year he confirmed to Daily Mail Australia he was available for an ‘adventurous’ woman to tie him down.

At the time, Jason, 51, who is a father-of-one to Saskia, nine, from a previous relationship, said he has ‘dedicated a lot of time’ to his daughter and is searching for someone who is ‘independent and secure’.

He also outlined a very particular type of woman he’s attracted to.

‘For me to have a relationship, someone has to be very independent and secure in their own situation. So that’s difficult to find,’ he told Daily Mail Australia.

‘Someone has got to be acceptable for what I’ve got going on which is my daughter and my work moving around. So they have to have their own thing going on.’

He went on to say his ideal partner is someone who can help him be ‘better’ and maintain an active, healthy lifestyle.

‘Like someone who makes me get out of bed and do some exercise. Which I love doing, but sometimes I can be a lazy a**,’ he said.

‘So, freediving, adventurous and healthy, and make me better at that because I want to be better at that as well.’
