Grimsby woman in court charged with murdering partner

A wheelchair-bound woman has appeared in court charged with murdering her partner in a house fire that left a scene like a ‘war zone’.

Julie Addinall, 54, is alleged to have killed Keith Robinson, 59, in a blaze at a property in Grimsby, Lincolnshire. 

She appeared at Hull Magistrates’ Court today, but did not enter a plea and no bail application was made.

She was wheeled into court by two guards – one male and one female – and wore a cream cardigan and grey leisure pants. 

Her light-coloured hair was swept back into a bundle. 

Addinall will next appear at Hull Crown Court on Wednesday.

Police have urged anyone with any further information on the fire to contact them on 101 quoting log 33 of 22 September.
