A man wielding a gun has been captured on CCTV footage grinning as he allegedly robbed a mobile phone repair store.
The man reportedly entered the business on Scarborough Street in Southport, Queensland, at about 5.30pm on Monday.

CCTV footage shows the man approach two staff members at the front desk and pull a gun out of a black bag.
He flashes it at the employees before putting it away, all with an ear-to-ear grin on his face.
Footage appears to show the man grabbing cash from behind the counter before fleeing the scene.
No one was injured during the bizarre incident.
The man is described as Caucasian, in his 30s, with a short build and brown hair.
The investigation is ongoing.
