GSK has named three directors who will join the board of its consumer business Haleon.

The appointees include Asmita Dubey, chief digital and marketing officer at L’Oreal, as well as MarieAnne Aymerich, the former head of oral care at consumer goods giant Unilever, said the pharma group.

Also joining board is Bryan Supran, who has been selected by US pharma giant Pfizer, which will hold a stake in Haleon after it splits from GSK. The non-executive directors will join former Tesco boss Sir Dave Lewis, who was unveiled as chairman of Haleon in December. The appointments came ahead of the planned demerger of Haleon from GSK in July.
