The youngster is none other than Sam Frost, who plays Summer Bay’s new resident, Jasmine Delaney.

Sam, 29, shared the jovial old photo with her 470,000 followers to demonstrate how similar she still looks to her younger self.

On her Instagram story, Sam shared a photo of herself looking every inch the natural beauty with no makeup on. She captioned the picture, ‘I look like I’m 12 years old.’

Then and now: Sam’s youthful complexion at 12, and as a makeup-free 29-year-old

She wrote underneath the throwback photo, ‘Actually me at 12. Seriously look exactly the same.’

The TV personality first found fame on the Bachelor in 2014, and went on to become Australia’s first Bachelorette in 2015.

She fell for Sasha Mielczarek on the show, but the love didn’t last and they split after 18 months.

Then in June 2017, she was sacked from her 2Day FM radio show.

In January, Sam told the Daily Telegraph she had ‘rediscovered’ herself after a tough year.

She said: ‘Every challenge you have in life, all those knock-backs, all those difficult times, they make you stronger and help you build courage and bravery.’

‘It does make you more resilient and kinder, I think.’
