Gwyneth Paltrow records her daily routine from morning workout to post-sauna shower

Gwyneth Paltrow has given fans an insight into her hectic daily routine, but not before stripping down to a flimsy nude leotard.

The Oscar winning actress, 49, revealed she adheres to a dedicated schedule, which typically starts bright and early with a grueling workout with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson.

While taking fans through a day in her life ahead of a dinner party for her wellness and lifestyle brand Goop in conjunction with jewellery brand Cartier, a make-up free Gwyneth documented her typical morning.

Following a daily sweat session, the mother-of-two revealed she generally enjoys some time alone in a private sauna while sipping celery juice and reading a book.

Creature of habit: Gwyneth Paltrow revealed she adheres to a dedicated routine, which typically starts bright and early with a grueling workout with celebrity trainer Tracy Anderson

Afterwards, she admits to ‘feeling detoxed, a little lightheaded and very red in the face.’

‘I always followed up with a nice outdoor shower, which is one of my favorite places in the home house my shower is full of clean beauty products,’ she explained.

As she shampooed her hair, she pointed out the ‘major suds’ before raving about Goop’s conditioner smelling ‘so good.’

The actress went on to quip she uses a lot of the product because she has very ‘dry chemically treated ex-movie star hair.’
