Halloween horror as two men are stabbed, one fatally, in separate London incidents

  • One man died and another was stabbed repeatedly in separate knife incidents 
  • In the first stabbing in Enfield, a man in his 20s died in hospital at 2.21pm 
  • The second victim suffered multiple stab wounds in Selhurst, south London
  • The man was attacked around 9.25pm and was rushed to hospital by ambulance 

A man died after being stabbed in a London street at lunchtime today. 

Officers and paramedics were called to the scene in Blossom Lane, Lavender Hill, Enfield shortly after 1pm. 

The victim managed to make his way from the scene to a north London hospital. 

Unfortunately, the man, who has not yet been formally identified died in hospital at 2.21pm. 

A man died an hour after he was stabbed on Blossom Lane, Lavender Hill, shortly after 1pm 

The victim is described as  a man in his 20s. 

According to Scotland Yard: ‘A post-mortem examination will be scheduled in due course and we await formal identification.

‘Enquiries are underway to notify the victim’s next of kin.

‘At this early stage there have been no arrests. Officers from North Area Command Unit investigate. Detectives from Specialist Crime have also been informed. 

Anyone who witnessed this incident or has information is asked to call police on 101 quoting 3432/31OCT.

A man later suffered multiple stab wounds after he was attacked on Henderson Road, Selhurst, south London around 9.25pm. 

According to the Metropolitan Police: ‘Officers and London Ambulance Service attended and found a man suffering from multiple stab wounds.

‘He has been taken to hospital where we await an update on his condition.

‘No arrests at this early stage.

‘Cordons are in place at the scene.’
