Harry Styles halts his Brixton One Night Only show mid-song to help an audience member in distress

Harry Styles halted his One Night Only gig in Brixton to ensure the safety of an audience member in distress.

After his sold-out gig on Tuesday night, a concert-goer shared the moment the hitmaker, 28, stopped midway through a performance of his debut single Sign Of The Times to check in on the fan.

Harry, who draped a Ukrainian flag over his mic stand, asked those who were standing at Brixton Academy to ‘split, make a pathway please.’

And while he is no stranger to entertaining vast crowds across multiple continents, Harry opted for intimacy on Tuesday night as he performed at Brixton Academy.

The superstar ensured the 4,921 fans who flocked to the South London venue would be in for a golden evening as he treated them to a series of tracks from his third album Harry’s House, which was released last week.

The brand new record, featuring chart-topping single As It Was, follows two platinum certified albums: his eponymous debut in 2017 and Fine Line in 2019.

‘I never saw the Beatles live but I imagine this runs close,’ one of the almost 5000 in attendance wrote.

A dedicated admirer listed the times she’s seen the Watermelon Sugar singer: ‘From the garage, to the electric balloroom to the o2 academy in brixton, I feel like the luckiest person alive for being part of all these special shows. I love you @Harry_Styles [purple heart]’.

A generous dad joked that he will ‘never be a rich man’ as he regaled his followers with the following tweet: ‘My daughter is currently on the front row watching Harry Styles live in Brixton. Then she sees him again next week. Then again at Wembley Stadium in June.

Those unfortunate to miss out on the opportunity took to the microblogging site to lament their absence.

‘Just currently having a breakdown because I’m not in brixton with @Harry_Styles right now [crying emoji] I would give so much to be at that show [sic]’.
