Troubled billionaire James Packer’s top priority is improving his mental health and handling stress, according to an old friend.
James’ anonymous pal told the Sydney Morning Herald on Saturday: ‘He identified his biggest issue as being stress, in what form that comes in is something very personal for James.
‘For him, it is about trying to avoid those trigger points that led him to the dark place he found himself in earlier this year.’

The publication also reported that an authorised biography of 50-year-old James by Damon Kitney, a journalist from The Australian newspaper, is again underway.
James, thought to be worth $5.5 billion, appears to be recovering well after a five-week stint in a US psychiatric clinic.
The businessman looked to be in good spirits in recent days as he holidayed in the French Riviera with rumoured girlfriend, Kylie Lim, a New York socialite.
