‘Offering a $10,000 reward for information resulting in the arrest of the perpetrator that assaulted my dog last night,’ she wrote.

She also said the vet had confirmed Toretto’s injuries were consistent with blunt force trauma likely from being beaten over the head with an instrument.

The post was accompanied by three photos of a bloody and bruised Toretto and the injuries he sustained.

He remains in intensive care at Redlands Veterinarian Clinic with significant head injuries.

Ms George said the attack must have occurred between 7:30 on Saturday night and 7:30 this morning, and is adamant ‘somebody must have heard something,’ 7News reported.

‘I live in a fenced-off property on five acres, someone’s gone to a lot of trouble to hurt him.’

Ms George said any individual capable of brutally attacking an innocent puppy could also be a threat to the community.
