Heather Locklear has once again found herself in trouble with the law.

Police arrested the actress on Sunday night after she attacked an officer and an EMT, once again.

TMZ reports that Locklear ‘was taken into custody at her home shortly before midnight and booked for 2 counts of misdemeanor battery upon an officer and emergency personnel.’

Authorities were called to the scene for a disturbance, and while there a ‘heavily intoxicated’ Locklear allegedly punched the officer trying to separate her from her family.

Locklear then kicked the EMT who took her out on a gurney according to the report.

She is currently being held on $20,000 bail.
