Tom was spotted out on Sunday getting groceries with Bill at the popular store Erewhon in Los Angeles.

Their outing raised questions about why Tom was out in public while still waiting to find out if he had been infected with the coronavirus.

The pair were seen wearing masks and gloves during their outing.

‘We were just wearing masks to not spread germs and be super protective for ourselves and for other people. That’s why we were doing it. But my brother got his test results back and he is negative,’ Bill later shared on his Instagram Stories.
