The model, 48, and Tom, 32, posed up a storm on a luxury yacht with the stunning coastline as a backdrop to the pictures.

Heidi is joined by her daughter Leni, 17, on the trip who has recently entered the world of modelling too.
Her daughter only recently began modeling as Heidi was ‘a little worried,’ and wanted her to wait until she was older.

‘First I was a little worried, honestly, I mean, she’s been wanting to do this for a very long time and I finally agreed,’ she told ET back in May.
‘She’s 17 years old. And I go to all of the shoots with her obviously because she’s still underage.
‘But for me, the most important thing is that she has fun. And she loves it, she enjoys it,’ adding that Leni ‘loves’ the camera.
