Klum filed an emergency motion in August after Seal refused to allow their children to travel with her for work in Europe due to the coronavirus pandemic.
The pair soon came to an agreement with Seal receiving ‘expanded time’ when they returned.
If there is an impending closure due to COVID-19, Heidi is to ‘immediately make arrangements in an effort to return home with the children before the borders close.’
