And Helen Mirren looked sensational once again as she lead the glamour alongside Andie MacDowell and Iskra Lawrence at The Best Years of a Life premiere on Saturday at the 72nd annual event.
The Queen star, 73, unveiled a new hair transformation at the elusive event, after she ditched her white locks in favour of a more bold bubblegum pink hairdo, which complemented her rose gold gown.
Helen showcased her hourglass figure in a Champagne gold coloured sequinned gown with a bardot neckline and a sheer train, as she stole the show while gliding her way down the red carpet in a regal fashion.
The award-winning actress added some glamorous accessories to her phenomenal gown, as she opted for diamond pendant earrings to set off her outfit while otherwise going accessory-free.
As well as debuting new pink hair, Helen also opted for the same colour theme for her make-up as she wore a dark rose eye shadow and a coral lipstick, which only highlighted her ageless good looks.

On the red carpet Helen caught up with her pal Andie, who starred in her 2001 film On The Edge, and the pair appeared to be in high spirits together as they blew kisses to the crowds while posing for snaps.
Andie looked glamorous in a structured one-shoulder white top which boasted a stunning white train, while she teamed the garment with a pair of billowing grey trousers and black strappy heels.
She added touches of glitz to her attire with a sparkling diamond bangle and a pair of delicate drop earrings.

Elsewhere on the red carpet, the former and current flame of actor Leonardo DiCaprio almost had an awkward run-in as Toni Garrn and Camila Morrone both attended The Best Years of A Life premiere.
German model Toni, 26, dated Leonardo, 44, from 2013 to 2014 while Camila, 21, has been seeing the actor since late last year and the couple were recently seen exiting the Chanel Tribeca Film Festival Artists Dinner.
Leo’s ex Toni looked nothing short of sensational at the event, donning a red and purple dress with a pleated detail and a daring thigh-high leg slit for her turn on films most prestigious red carpet.

Adding height to her frame with a pair of heels, Toni accessorised with diamond earrings and wore her blonde tresses poker straight.
Camila also cut a glamorous figure for the premiere, wearing a shimmering sequined dress with a metallic embellishment and a plunging neckline.
Coming complete with a long white ribbon tied at the torso, Camila styled her brunette locks into loose curls for the evening.
Screen star Leonardo was first linked to model and actress Camila in December 2017, when he was spotted leaving her house.

The pair have since attended a number of high profile events together – including last year’s Coachella Festival, where they were spotted cosying up during Eminem’s set.

Meanwhile, joining them at the premiere was Victoria’s Secret Angel Martha Hunt who ensured all eyes were on her with her eye-catching ensemble.
The model, 30, wore a golden off the shoulder mini-dress with a puffed right sleeve and matching gold strappy heels.

The Best Years of A Life is a sequel to Claude Lelouch’s 1966 A Man And A Woman, which swept the board with awards from the Oscars, Palme d’Or and Golden Globes.
The film was co-produced by Lelouch and the late Sammy Hadida along with his brother Victor before his death in November 2018, after battling a short illness.
It marks the return of characters Anne Gauthier and Jean-Louis Duroc, who fell in the love in the original film, and reunited 50 years later.
Jean is struggling with his memory and his son tracks down Anne in the hope that his father’s cherished memories of their relationship will help him.

The 2019 Cannes Film Festival takes place at the iconic Palais des Festivals from Tuesday until May 25.
Actress Elle Fanning, French graphic novelist Enki Bilal and the Oscar-nominated director of The Favourite, Yorgos Lanthimos, will be among jury members during the annual event.
Mexican director Alejandro Gonzalez Iñárritu will preside over the panel that decides on prizes, including the top Palme D’Or award.
The jury for the festival’s 72nd edition will also include Pawel Pawlikowski, the Polish filmmaker and screenwriter named best director at Cannes last year for the impossible love story Cold War.

Italy’s Alicia Rohrwacher won best screenplay at Cannes last year for her film Happy as Lazzaro, a satirical fable about a peasant family.
French filmmaker Robin Campillo, who took Cannes by storm in 2017 with 120 BPM – Beats Per Minute, winning the Grand Prix for his movie about an AIDs activist, will complete the line-up.
