A man was surprised with an unexpected workout after he couldn’t to figure out how to stop a fast-moving treadmill in hilarious footage.
The man, from Ciutadella de Menorca in Spain, appeared to be playing around with the exercise machine when it suddenly rapidly increased speed.
As the treadmill’s belt begins to move, the man is left struggling to keep up with the ever-growing pace.

Doing his best, he protests as his legs attempt to moving despite the machine speedily increasing.
It becomes apparent he has no idea how to stop it – despite a huge red cord protruding from the machine which is used as an emergency halt.
After a lot of running, the man eventually stops the treadmill which comes to a juddering halt.
Puffing and panting in desperation, the man doubles over to regain his breathe after a vigorous and unexpected workout.
