  • A man failed so spectacularly at back flipping off a boat it was impressive
  • The woman balances on her tip-toes on the boats starboard as waves pick up
  • The movement seems to upset the woman’s bearings who steps back too far
  • She brings up her hands to her head ready to throw herself backwards
  • But as she does so she steps back once more and plunges off the edge
  • The hilarious leap sees her drop to the water with her back arched and arms stiff

This woman’s hilarious attempt at back flipping off a boat is so bad it’s almost impressive.

The video was captured by Bryan Lysne, showing one of his bikini-clad friends balancing on her tip-toes on the vessel’s starboard, gearing up to execute a sensational dive into the sea.

But just as she prepares to take her leap of faith, the water beneath suddenly becomes turbulent and causes the boat to buck up and down underneath the rippling waves.

Yet to realize her mistake, the woman brings up her hands to her head ready to throw herself backwards.

As she does so, she takes one final step back and plunges off the edge with her back arched and arms locked up, without the slightest hint of a rotation.

The reactions to the back-flop were mixed among those on board.

One man opted for a hearty cackle while a woman was heard offering a sympathetic ‘ooh’, as her stiffened body collides with the water.
