Hilarious moment Ed Sheeran’s mini-doppelgänger has a MELTDOWN

Ed Sheeran is known for his gentle and sensitive side thanks to his many romantic hits.

And on Wednesday on Sunrise, a hilarious moment occurred when the singer’s mini-doppelgänger had a meltdown while live on television.

A little red-haired child called Josh was singing and pretending to be Ed while in the star’s merchandise pop-up, when presenter Sam Mac caused him to have a meltdown when he gifted him a hat.

Josh dropped his guitar and threw the hat, before Sam laughed and tried to leave it on his microphone stand.

Josh then threw the hat again, and Sam and the other adults around laughed.

‘That’s more Rolling Stones behavior than Ed Sheeran,’ host David ‘Kochie’ Koch said.

Earlier this month, Ed made headlines when he sent fans in Adelaide pizza ahead of one of his gigs.

Meanwhile, this month it was reported that scalping scams have targeted Ed’s shows, with thousands of fans set to be disappointed after being conned into buying fake or doctored concert tickets.

Sydney’s largest venue, ANZ Stadium, took the unusual step and specifically warned fans of the increasing risk of purchasing over priced or fake tickets.

More than one million tickets have been sold for Ed’s performances but industry briefings suggest that nearly 10 per cent of tickets for big name shows are fraudulent, The Daily Telegraph reports.
